Email Unauthorized Collection Denied

Please note that e-mail addresses posted on this website are refused to be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and violations will be subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communication Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses)

1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without prior consent from the operator or manager of the Internet website.

2. No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).

3. No one shall use it for information transmission knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, and distributing pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2).

Article 74 (Penalty Provisions) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine of not more than 10 million won.

1. A person who displays for the purpose of displaying, selling, or selling in violation of Article 8 (4);

2. A person who distributes, sells, leases, or displays obscene signs, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1

3. A person who repeatedly reaches the other party with signs, words, sounds, images, or images that cause fear or anxiety in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3

4. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (6);

5. A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50-8 A person who has used an e-mail address for collecting, selling, distributing, or transmitting information in violation of Article 50-2

6. A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50-8;

7. A person who, in violation of Article 53(4), has failed to register changes in registered matters or to report the transfer, transfer, merger, or inheritance of business
